All postage and packing costs are included in the product list price on the website, for delivery to the UK only.

All of our products are handmade we aim to ship your order within 5-10 days, If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an circumstances outside of our control we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. You should keep your delivery note and all packaging and should notify our customer services team immediately if any of the packages are missing or damaged.
As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel an order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2014) This means that during the relevant period of 14 days, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel your order, return the goods to us at your expense and receive a refund minus any carriage charges paid. Goods must be returned to us in the original condition and packaging, you will be refunded onto the credit/debit card/ PayPal used to place the order. To cancel your order you must contact us by email. Goods being returned must be received within 10 days following the 14 days grace, In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty please contact us immediately. These cancellation rights do not apply in the case of any made-to-measure or custom-made products.
